I see this as more of a new exit strategy for established investors with portfolios that have cash flow and potential upside equity.

I did some research and it seems the best way to partner on the deal is to take title as tenants in common and draw up a joint venture agreement spelling out duties/obligations, profit split, and exits.

Am I correct is saying that if you can find an area that has properties that would cash flow, then you also have the most exit options available?
