Hello all!

My name is Patrick, I am a Senior at the University of Cincinnati studying Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. Real Estate Investment has been an interest of mine since I began renting at the beginning of college.

I have read five books on real estate investing and am looking on a way to enter the market aside from my profession. I understand and enjoy the thought of a long term investment. My specialties include commitment and learning!

BiggerPockets seems to be an excellent resource to exit the pages of reference books, and move closer to actual experience.
