They have good jobs, good credit and are excellent roomies. the house should be furnished and any additional perks like a swimming pool or pool table is desirable.

I will say they are a great value for their price provided you meet with an excellent preparer.

I've tried to make the switch from Excel to Quickbooks but am struggling to get it all set up.

I currently use an excel doc for the cash flow calculations but was looking for a more formal software that is top notch

I've been using the app called "EZ Tripper" which also allows for notes with each trip and can be exported to Excel.
