Good morning everyone! My name is Matthew Watkins and my wife and I are relatively new to the real estate investment world. We have a company called M&K Watkins Properties, LLC that we're working on getting off the ground and running.

I have worked in construction most of my life. Attended college at Sinclair Community College for Business Management and Construction Management. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. Since I was a little kid i've attended seminars and read everything I could get my hands on.

My wife Kellie Barnhart has worked for a couple different major companies in our area in marketing and sales. She has a BA in Business & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Her parents are successful Fix and Flip investors so she has grown up around the business and enjoys the process of "taking a ugly property and making it pretty."

We both are interested in FLIPS and Wholesaling. Right now were getting our systems in place as much as possible. We're really excited to get this thing going!
