In that scenario I would still rather own Real Estate than stocks because at least you have a solid asset that should bounce back eventually.

@Dakota Coburn I think you and the boys are going to have to take 401k loans, or hardship withdrawals and climb out of this mess.

Get on some wholesaler lists, find listing agents with deals, and find out if you can raise hard money loans and eventually private money loans.

I've seen it before where agents forgot to fill out dates or get the right signatures and if one party doesn't agree to correct it, the deal stalls and eventually times out.

There would likely also be early withdrawal penalties involved.
