So I think it might be in a floor zone. 1 Bedroom aren't hard to rent we have a college about 20 mins drive away it is downtown area about 10 blocks away from where all the bar/place to eat and shopping are.

The amount of time it would take to get 15 people to agree on what pizza topping to get would eat up more time and energy than it would be worth (IMO of course).
