Want to buy this duplex. Need Help!!!!
Need your help!!!! So this unit just come up in a community about 30 mins from house. Looks really good. I think I would like to offer on this place and make this my first rental property. But I have never done any kind of financing or better yet ever bought a rental property.
This is 4 1 bedroom 1 baths 425 sq ft units
They rent for $395.00 a month pre unit.
The insurance for the duplex's are about $2000.00 a year. I think it might be a little lower
The taxes are about $900.00 a year.
The price is $88K
So I have never done owner financing before. But I have about 10 years of working in property management. So I think if I could get some good ideas or advice about the financing. I think I can handle the management part or so I think I can hahaha. Please help me with ideas. READY...SET....GO!!!! :)
