If you are looking for cash-flow opportunities, especially ones that pose the possibility of significant appreciation- I recommend you invest within 1-2 mile radius of the urban core AKA Downtown Tampa.

I had no idea about the new highway, I know there are new-ish commercial developments North of Pueblo, above downtown, which always attracts more people and consumers, I have also visited The Riverwalk , that seems to be a point of interest for most of the community and it's activities.

We can't decide if we should spend twice the money to get something downtown, or if we should start a couple miles outside of downtown which is in the ghetto.

Specifically, I have a lead in downtown San Jose, the building has been vacant for a long time and it is zoned as a commercial for a nursing home and I would like to change it to a multi-family residential (3 plex).
