changing Zoning in San Jose, Ca
Does anyone have any experience with changing the zoning on a building? Specifically, I have a lead in downtown San Jose, the building has been vacant for a long time and it is zoned as a commercial for a nursing home and I would like to change it to a multi-family residential (3 plex).
