Do with it as you want:1 - PV = $555k2 - Loan = $355k3 - Equity = $200k4 - CF = $16,620/year5 - Years to CF equal Equity = 12 years (a long time to wait)6 - If sold, equity used as 20% DP = $1M (not the $555k it is now)7 - ...and that's almost twice the current PV, so the CF should also be pretty close to doubling.

Things are a far cry from where they were this time last year (more than double in some cases) but we're still seeing floor note rates for DSCR loans around 7.25% or 7.5% depending on who you talk to (12/9/2022) and at 75% LTV this will likely require some buy down but in a lot of cases the cost will break even in a very short time frame (2-3 years).
