Hello Kyle, that is a great goal! My goal is to purchase a short term rental house hack and a short term rental in 2023. Additionally, I have fitness goals to reach a certain weight and performance at running and rock climbing. I am also getting married in May and will be finishing my masters degree in the fall of 2023! Excited to work hard and achieve a lot in 2023
