So I bought a full gut rehab, 4BR with the plan to move into.As an experiment, I put up pictures of what I'm designing the house to look like, with the dates open for when I thought it would be done (stupid I know)I was getting hits left and right, offers for A LOT of money.The work is now dragging and I don't know if I'm going to hit my deadlineIf I start cancelling the first few reservations, can they blacklist me and cancel ALL the reservations I have booked (almost every weekend)?

Your attorney will setup the HOA with the CC&R's and you both will designate at what point, usually in terms of a percent of units sold when the association will take over.

Just click my name and look at posts I've written I believe there are three lazy landlord posts One on painting One on flooring I like what you've written I believe it dkesent have to be that our work is less than professional quality I think that for many of us who are somewhat handy We can specialize on one or two things that we can do really wellFor me I have chosen Tiling , painting, and landscapingNow I haven't rally done anything landscape wise but my intention is to take some classes on landscape design It's one of those areas that pay huge dividends and save tons of moneyTiling mastery allows you to save tons of money and actually greatly improve the value of a home Painting of course is something we all can do and we can learn some tricks to help us get a professional job.

I believe with these features I can bump rent to $800 per unit. ($800 for the 2 bed 1 bath, $800 fro 2 bed 1 bath, $800 for 1 bed 1 bath with garage spot, extra garage spot $75 to whichever other unit wants to rent.)Other consideration, I currently live less than 5 mins away and pay $1100 per month in rent.

Insightly comes with set data fields in its apps which are designed for small sales companies (and most likely will be empty fields in REI) but you can still add more fields like in Podio but it is limited in the free version while Podio is unlimited in its free version.Insightly also has the ability to track email comunication.
