I listen to Bigger pockets and old capital podcasts Audible is the best part of the entire internet IMO I burn through a few books a month, my life has radically changed since signing up.

If I wanted to move my other policies to my LLC will I need to change my insurance to commercial or another plan besides residential to protect the possibly of piercing the veil of my LLC should something happen?

The other records for that property will sometimes show how often the property has changed hands, or if it was foreclosed to a lender, etc, in the past.Tips: If you live in Orange County now, or you know someone who does, try to look up your/their house in the county land records for practice.

The main news networks, change there story with the wind and much of what I find is very outdated. 

Get wiring instructions from them, and double check they will not change.
