Trusted sources of information

I'm still trying to figure out my market, what niche I'm interested in, and exactly what location (geographic) I want to focus in. My question is what sources of information do you guys use to track your local market as well as other markets.   I've spent hours browsing the internet and I'm getting a lot of contradictory information.  The main news networks, change there story with the wind and much of what I find is very outdated.

So what are the regular publications that you use, or web sights that you visit? For instance, for the stock market you might use Forbes, or the Wall Street Journal.

Hey Craig,

When investing in an out-of-state market, I usually rely on my agent in that area to send me information as it comes up. I do of course also check google about upcoming constructions, big business moves, and basically any local information.

Check google every day, things will pop up as they come!

Thanks! & Never give up!
