We're vegetarians, almost vegan (avoid dairy), so we've discussed the challenges of raising a child around everyone else being meat-eaters in our circle, we really need to find some vegetarian/vegan friends so he has some little veggie buddies that won't hassle him

I ran out of cash and place the repairs on my credit card.

Who has experience with a tenant calling saying this card is on your rental door?

@Chris Eaker, if you don't have the money raised or at least committed and you get under contract and you can't close, it will be a very frustrating experience for you.Trust me I know...Plus you will have costs such as an attorney to draft and/or review your PSA, inspection and appraisal fees, and other costs.

It's on the lower end and I expect to raise the rent next lease up.

Wi fi is getting to be cheaper and cheaper (if you can do it yourself the right way you won't have any issues) and IMHO an amenity you can use to keep raising rents steadily with hardly any complaints from tenants.

But as things like this get as big as it does, you get the people who simply walk around handing out business cards.

We are looking for a great place where we can raise our daughter and have better quality of life -  my wife's requests :) .
