My business has been hindered over the few years since I do not have the guidance I crave for investor growth, legalities, etc,  and a recent event/comment has shown me I am no longer looked upon in a favorable light. 

We face a dilemma as we embark on this venture with a clear business perspective, committed to implementing best practices in property management from the start, including engaging professional property managers.

The model fascinates me and the numbers seem good.

If you can't, you'll be out of business and none of the "how to" stuff will matter anyway. 

Good morning BP, We have ALOT of new wholesalers on here, starting out in the business there are alot of unknowns.

I have been approached by a company that focuses on business travelers for longer stays that would like to rent and furnish my place and then they would be renting it out on weekly/monthly basis.   

So I office out of our model home daily.

The issue i face is that the only access to my site now is through an easement from a busy shopping center.

Our stats suck as well, we have 3 day minimum and we have no problem filling up in busy season, more and more people want the freedom to pick their vacation durations.other than that it looks great to me except doesn't really show outside until you start clicking through the listing.
