I suspect you will burn through agents quite rapidly.I have owned two brokerages here in PDX market so I have seen the I can buy everything investor come through the doors many times.. 

@Brandon Burns In your opinion, would it work for a passive investor in a syndication on an apartment complex, to be given the syndicator's portion of tax write offs during the term of the project for the project instead of return of capital at the end?

It may be well worth it before you burn yourself out and decide altogether that real estate just isn't worth the hassleFor what it's worth, hope that helps...
