OK - new information: I am now at the rental in Milw and OMG - there's all kinds of things missing: drapes (brand new), curtains and rods from 3 rooms, vertical blinds w/ headrail (brand new), an area rug, a dehumidifier - just to list the big stuff.

dig what your trying to do with branding yourself but i wouldn't sell to a cop nor want to speak to one. i would avoid you all the time and your message. it's not about what you are, it's about the seller situration.
