(You should also document everything and sell/give your story to as many "earthy" magazines and blogs you can.  

I've been exploring the obvious like a new SEO website with blog/newsletters, videos giving investors an update on our projects, advertising on Social Media (FB, IG, etc), attending conferences, being interviewed on podcasts and/or starting my own podcasts....Any other suggestions?

I have been toying with the idea of offering a modest discount if the tenant completes Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University class.

You can have a simple website (one page informational and get lots of traffic), but the more pages you have, if it is mobile friendly, if you are blogging, multiple forms of media, putting meta tags and alt descriptions, etc. all contribute to your Google ranking.
