Does anyone have any advice on the best way to shop for a mortgage to pay off the hard money.

I would like to start an LLC that way I don't have my personal name attached to it.

At one point I had the thought of trying to get into the weeds of the property myself but ultimately decided that it wouldn't be worth it, for me at least.Anyway, the point is that I want it to not look the way it does lol. 

The way I read this, if you meet the setback requirements, you can have essentially a duplex on any lot in Colorado.

Travel nurses on furnished finder are wanting to pay way less. your dealing with individuals. who want to pocket as much money as possible and rightly so.The goal with MTR is to connect to companies who pay for the nurses and also set up the housing for the nurses (the companies pay more) than the individual nurses want to. 

Even if I start with one property and work my way up from there, I’m certain I can be good at it.
