Hi @James Carlson - Woodland Park is absolutely beautiful, and I'm sure that would do well as a short-term rental. 

I’ve had solid success in the Airbnb ranking algorithm with 49 pics, however I just got some beautiful fall and sunset pics.

I have been back and forth with SFHs, MFHs, STRs, turnkey properties...at this moment I am focused on small multi-family properties or SFHs that I can use for STRs.
