Start Off with Commercial Multi Family 10+ Units
Hi Bigger Pockets Family,
I am learning and researching as much as I possibly can. I own one SFH at the moment. I own my own business and have good income. I have a pre qual letter for up to 1.5 My question is, as I live in North Florida, I am looking to establish a cash flow multi unit building, thinking the Midwest. Not quite sure where. I look for pros and cons, I talk myself into it, then out of it. Any insight would be helpful.
Thank you in advance
