Good morning BP,

My and I are planning to visit to Cleveland, OH next month. We would like the check out to possibly purchase Multi-family/SFH in the future due to affordability which makes it easier scale my portfolio. We are only staying in the Cleveland for few days. Asking for recommendations of what areas should I visit (at least C+ neighbor). In addition, what are the things do you look for when you check out location (market) ?

If you're looking for SFRs and small-multis in some C+ or great neighborhoods, the best ones I can recommend are Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Maple Heights, Euclid, Parma, Old Brooklyn, Berea, possibly Lakewood. All of which will depend on your strategy, but those are some to name. I'd try to see the best spread of different types of properties possible, so you can see as many neighborhoods and conceive as many strategies as possible. Lastly, if you're looking for interesting or nice areas for nightlife or food, make sure to check out Ohio City and The Flats. Enjoy your visit! Reach out if you need anything.
