I'm 22 years old and a graduate student getting my master's in accounting here at Tech.

There is a lot of new construction in the surrounding areas...this is simply in a pocket that hasn't been touched yet.

I'm at a crossroads...I'm a recent college graduate, living at my parents house with my wife and daughter.

Also... if you have the budget, you can contact them via Facebook ads, mail and phone (or just 2 of those ways).The more touch points you make with your potential client, the better!
