Advice !
I am an investor in the lubbock area and I need some advice on what creative marketing strategies I can employ in a college town with roughly a population of 240,000. I often try and market sfh becasue of the student population which is over 35,000 and the numbers show the area is great market for rentals and homes are fairly cheap comapred to the nationwide average price per home. Please if you have any advice It woudl be greatly appreciated,
