The on campus marketing is strictly dependent upon the schools.

LOL or PDX... median price is 290 ish.... with great schools.

Just be aware of 2 things as you move forward...1) Univ. of Houston is a heavy commuter school. 2) The area surrounding the school (3rd Ward) is pretty rough.Disclosure: I dont invest there but was born and raised in Houston and know the south side of town pretty well. 

Do you have any thoughts on proximity to Lincoln High School? 

I know of 16 units in Dublin schools (Columbus taxes) for sale at $1.2M.

@Mike Abramov My advice, which isn't quantifiable, is to pick a place where you have lived, gone to school, your crazy uncle lives, your best friend moved to, etc. 

Most traditional banks will want to see at least several years of job experience or equivalent (although if you were in school, the time you spent in school can count towards this).

Meetings will only get better like that.2) A REIA meeting to talk about SEO tactics to get more leads, Absofrigginlutely.3) Have agents come there, and mingle with wholesalers, and let eachother school them on better ways to benefit one another as usually they are mortal enemies.

Don’t kid yourself that public schools are free.

We are both "old school, small town" type of people, and really value a meaningful handshake and honest process, and love that Bigger Pockets seems to be that kind of place!
