I am purchasing a mobile home park that was foreclosed on in Texas. 

Is it more challenging to get a mortgage for a low cost primary residence mobile home than it would be for a traditional grounded structure? 

Looking at a small mobile home park that needs more homes.What about you?

I think there are mobile home restrictions in the area too.

If the home prices are below $80k then the low range homes are in the mobile home price range and it may be hard to compete with.  

Just wanted to let the mobile home community know that I have 4 lots within the city limits of Willis, Texas and Montgomery, Texas that allows mobile homes and or RV's.

I love to network in and outside of the Columbia area.Currently I am a Sales Assistant for a local mobile home investor and a Leasing Agent for a Property Management company. 

It currently has a mix of houses and mobile homes on it.

Getting ready to close on a deal but have  a property insurance issue...... property is on .25 acres with a  2/1 rented at $700 and a mobile home (mother in law suite) rented at $400.  

Consider changing your niche to fit the returns and risk you want.You can buy a mobile home for $2 - $5K cash and rent or sell it on terms for $400-$500 net per month forever with little to no matenance.
