Your network can be a great resource to keep an eye on your investments or even partner with you.

I've had good luck with this category as a whole; usually nice kids, all bright eyed and bushy tailed as they seek their piece of the tech gold rush.

hello people,I'm anthony and I'm fairly new to BP and REI but My question is I have e center complied a list of properties in my area that are vacant and eye sores to the community.

As i was pushing myself to the limit I was keeping an eye on signs of distressed properties.

However this market is also very competitive so I would say keep your eyes open and be very vigilant and be very well connected, networked and be working with an agent that will notify you the minute new properties come on the market or even off market yet even there you will find competition.

Well, @Trevor Rutherford, I believe I would just look her in the eye and say something like, "I don't think you'll be a good fit for our property." 

Seems like your tenant attempted to pull the wool over your eyes.
