hello people,

I'm anthony and I'm fairly new to BP and REI but My question is I have e center complied a list of properties in my area that are vacant and eye sores to the community. I have researched the owners names and current address thru BRT website in my city and I want to send them a letter saying I'm interested in purchasing here homes. Is there a generic letter I can send? Most these homes have leins can be settled for 40% of he lein. Can someone email me a sample "I'm interested in purchasing your property letter" thank you
