Sometimes while agents have a lull that might have full energy on small ball deals but as soon as something larger comes along the interest shifts to that.Maybe the agent felt like if they put intensive energy for 2 to 4 weeks an offer would get accepted and a closing would happen eventually.

I did it a few years ago and it was not worth the energy and the problems that were created by questionable investors....

I will hopefully be moving in the upstairs tenant in the next two months, and then starting work on the downstairs, where my wife and I will be living.We own several other rental properties and a lot of my energy is directed away from the duplex to maintaining these other rental properties.
