These systems are for you, so I need to know what you think.Right now, my focus will be the Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. 

@Dallas Hynes - definitely go with the 30 year fixed if it's an option.  5/1 ARM's caused a lot of pain during '08-'10 when investors (using the term loosely) could not afford new payments after the teaser rate disappeared.  

He has helped some of my fellow investors, as well as, help me with refinancing a few of my rentals here in the Dallas/Ft.

I'm new to Dallas and looking to invest/house hack/BRRR, despite the high interest rates.

It's a hot market but prices are still lower than say Houston or Dallas.    

Are you also committed to living in Dallas for the next few years?
