On the form with the local county court they have a space for a "Bond for Possession".

And small claims court you shouldn’t need a lawyer or have significant court costs (idk, research it).

Comes down to which court would have the hearing. 

I always use an attorney to evict, not to mention if you own it in an entirely and not personally the court will most likely require you to have representation.

Also, when I check the state local court records online I find more charges under a persons name that appears to be the same person but that didn't show up in their report with the application.Is there a standard for how long a person needs to be at their current job?

Seems as though it is pretty complex to ensure everything is done legally and correct.
