Bond for Possession?
I am about to file for an eviction for 2 months past due rent in Texas.
On the form with the local county court they have a space for a "Bond for Possession". I assume this is the bond for a writ of possession. Is it best to go ahead and get this going now or wait until I see how the eviction hearing goes?
I'm fairly confident the judge will evict, it's a fairly open and shut case, proper notice was given in August and September.
