I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the webinars, but we are now in a financial position and a stage of life to (in the words of Nike) “Just do it.”

It was hassle free and we are considering doing it all the time now. 

Every other day I was emailing or calling just to get the same ansfer every time - we are waiting for the field manager to give us an update.

However, your focus and determination brought you back here and we are glad to have you back!

We are looking to make money. 

My wife and I have a townhouse in Cypress that we are renting outMy goal is to acquire my 1st rental prop. preferably a 4plex by 2020 or sooner also in the LA or OC area and build up from there, but as a newbie, I'm thinking out of state. 

We are booming and riding the wave. 

We are talking about buying rental property together in NYS.

We are actually have a meetup this weekend where we are doing two property walkthroughs.

Through BP, I was able to connect with a great partner, @Amberle Farthing , and we are (wholesaling/listing) helping investors find great exit strategies for their properties.
