Daily Hustle in the Northern Va Market

Whats up BP,

I wanted to simply reach out and introduce myself to all bp members in the Northern VA Market. Through BP, I was able to connect with a great partner, @Amberle Farthing , and we are (wholesaling/listing) helping investors find great exit strategies for their properties. I am curious to know what techniques you all are using when cold calling, networking, etc. in this competitive market.

My personal goal is to build capital to go hands on into the Multi-unit investments, however, I have bills like the rest. I don't want put all my energy into chasing the money, so I understand to trust the process.  I guess I finally just wanted to share with BP and pick your brain of what to do during these times.
