@Richard Beatty  interesting,  When i went to the Mass Housing website i noticed "MassHousing Mortgage with No MI"  So, with what you're saying, typically i could get an interest rate of 3.5% but with Masshousing no MI, i'd more than likely have an interest rate of probably 5%?

Since then, I have used a websites, Yelp (OK not perfect) and Nextdoor.com to find handymen, cleaners, landscapers, etc....
