Use emotion in the copy and make the person want to live in your home.

They want homes that represent them, they are the video game, and social media generation, and they will buy what they emotionally connect with.

It was an emotional decision as my daughter with 3 children was being rejected by lots of landlords.  15 years later she moved out and now I have a viable rental. 

I just have my whole family here in Cali, personal network and am really personally and emotionally tied to surfing and the ocean.

Last reason, also about the tenant, is that even though I do have an early termination due to sale clause in the lease, I don't want the hassle of asking her to move and dealing with the frustration, emotions, etc.
