Seller financed underwriting made easy
Just wondering how many people out there are trying to understand Dodd Frank and the "Ability to repay" standard that is required for all owner-occupied home loans. I've been having conversations with investors from all over the country and I'm noticing quit a bit of confusion about what is required, who is exempt and how to ensure a seller-financed deal meets Dodd Frank complinance.
