So I created some good epic-wow content around that keyword on my website for real estate investors teaching them how to implement real estate marketing the smart way called "How To Guide: Real Estate Marketing That Works in Every State, City or Town" just Google itI'm not ranked yet since I just started this project which will take anywhere from 6monts to a year to get to #1.

Instead, I just didn't talk, and we became friends today--he's a very valuable contact to have in my market.With the case of the head of parking services, I just determined in my mind that I'd put myself in his shoes for a couple minutes.

I signed up for a 3 day course that teaches you how to run the numbers, find the deals and find buyers.

I know it is a much more accurate marketing but given that I have a VA scouting CL I would like to maximize that tool as well.Thanks all again for your valuable input. 

Owning a rental will teach you everything owning a home will teach you plus more.

On the large-ticket items, a very valuable trip is going to see your local tool repair shop, and asking them for recommendations on brand, etc.

I have also found that mental images of money are less valuable than actual money :)I'm more interested in hearing about your rationale for quitting your day job and how that factored into your overall plan.

That's not to say that you shouldn't teach them the right way to lend money(escrowing funds and providing the funds to you after you provide receipts and proof work was completed properly)...You are probably talking more about hard money lenders...
