This is it... but I can't afford to be nervous!

Broker is writing up a contract as I type this. I feel like I should be nervous, so I am, but I can't...

I'm about to teach a night session (science teacher) so I need to NOT think about how excited and nervous I am!!

Huge thanks to BP for all the helpful advice and... HELP every step of the way.
