Hello to everyone, I´m Juan Antonio Africano from Colombia, I am 20 years old andI´ve got really in too real estate industry and the ways to invest in it because of my cousin who is a real estate broker and owns his company.I just read the Ultimates Beginners Guide to real Estate Investing and I think it is a good guide which includes the basics.

For a flip, I recommend $10 per square foot plus $10,000 as a rough guide.
