Elka be sure to check us out.  (Link below) 100% commission, what you earn is what you keep.  Great for investors.

In terms of finding deals, my advise is to start looking at properties and place offers.  Many many many offers.  There is no such thing as a deal in this business (Otherwise 100's of other investors would have already grabbed it up)  you as the investor are they one that makes it a deal.
