Hello to everyone, I´m Juan Antonio Africano from Colombia, I am 20 years old andI´ve got really in too real estate industry and the ways to invest in it because of my cousin who is a real estate broker and owns his company.

I just read the Ultimates Beginners Guide to real Estate Investing and I think it is a good guide which includes the basics. I will be getting new resources and learning the different ways to get into the industry until I find one that I enjoy the most and suits me.

I would like to know about your projects, major obstacles and how you overcome those
