Any update on the progress of corrections to the new calculator?

I put a suite in an unfinished basement and updated the rest of the property.

All the pictures made it look like all it needed was mostly cosmetic (paint/carpet) and kitchen/bath updates.

Any updates on your journey?

Would like to see updates on this if any come up. 

I am creating an updated F.I.R.E. board game that is going to incorporate all of the modern strategies to reaching F.I. that we know and love like: real estate investing (BRRRR, Wholesale, Flips, etc...), Index fund investing (think the 4% rule) and the wonderful "financial runway" strategy coined by Scott Trench.

I can update the math.

I'll update numbers once I walk it with contractor to confirm. 

I don't have an example of the language to use because my leases could use some updating anyway.Good luck!
