Washington state real estate!
Hello everybody! I am very happy and proud to announce that today I have finally started training to become a real estate agent here in Spokane Washington! I am getting my initial training through Rockwell Institute, and hope/plan to join Keller Williams here in Spokane as soon as I pass the test!:) if anybody has any thoughts, questions, comments, concerns, tips, tricks, or stories they would like to share, please feel free!

Sounds like a great plan! There are a few meet-ups in the local Spokane area that I attend. I think it would be a great idea to start getting connected with other investors, realtors, wholesalers, and mortgage brokers. The next meetup I have on the calendar is tomorrow (Feb 10th) night.
