Suggest you focus on very private person or restricted HOA(gated). 

I hope you prove me wrong but I would suggest focusing on off market deals.

Good morning BP nation, I’m a newbie investor right now I’m focusing on just analyzing property and just getting a better understanding of REI.

I want to automate it and get a listing agent to do them so i can focus on other things, but again, not sure if that's legal.

Plan to eventually focus more on BRRR but for now 2 full-time workers with young kids we are looking at turnkey.
