Hi BP community, My name is Nick Fluet and I’m a new BiggerPockets member. I currently live in Newton, MA but have spent most of my life in CT and know the markets there much better. I own one rental unit in CT right now. I’m looking to continue to invest in CT as well as learn the markets in MA so I can start finding some deals around here. I’m interested in buy and hold rentals, specifically duplexes and triplexes, and would very much like to start using the BRRRR strategy. Right now I work full time as a Chemical Engineer, but I’d love to build a real estate portfolio that would allow me ditch the 9-5 if I decided I wanted to. I’d love more time to work on my golf game! I’ve been considering being more aggressive in real estate for a few years now and I’m hoping joining this community will help me start taking more action. I look forward to connecting with you all. Thanks, Nick
