- What are some of the most important aspects of successful Joint Venture?

It looks like only 1/3 of Sacramento county's residents live within the city limits and Yolo, Placer, and El Dorado are all part of the broader set of options for living and investing in the area.I'd like to think it doesn't have much chance of success - some of the groups getting together to oppose it are quite powerful.

With 5 successful VRs and a SF LTR under our (@Avery Carl) belts in less than 2 years; we're thinking its time to make a move into multi-family.

Since I considered that to be a success, I am planning to buy a few more. 

What in your opinion do successful wholesaler's do?

To be successful with using the BRRRR strategy you need to make sure your numbers are right from the start. 

Have you had success with Gap Funding before?

No home runs, no grand slams or any other baseball metaphors highlighting unrealistic expectations.
