Deal found, now what?!?
I am recently enlightened to the world of commercial real estate investing and excited about the future. As someone without the history of closed deals behind me or an abundance of capital, I am focused on what I have that will bring value to others. With a focus on partnerships, borrowing credibility is a good accelerant. I'd like to ask the group of how they partnered in particular with equity capital after finding a property with numbers that work.
- What was your approach in making a potential source of capital aware that you are looking for partnership?
- What did you think was most important to communicate about yourself initially?
- How did you structure the deal and earn your way into the GP?
- What are some of the most important aspects of successful Joint Venture?
Well that is my first post, thanks for the feedback.
