Hey BP question: What are good sites/locations/strategies for finding the perfect tenants on a multi? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! 🙏 Im about to buy a multi soon and this question is the only one i worry about mostly

@Cody H. You don't have to put an address on craigslist. I have done this several times when I am in due diligence on a property.
